April TGC Meeting
Bevin Cohen, owner of Small House Farm in Sanford, Michigan will present, "Let’s Talk Tomatoes!". Join us for a light lunch beginning at noon, followed by Bevin's presentation at 1 pm. We’ll learn the history of that beloved fruit, as well as tips on how to maximize one’s harvest. Bevin has lectured across the country and is an award-winning author and herbalist. Troy Garden Club Inclement Weather Policy
The following policy is in place regarding cancellations of general meetings. If Troy Schools are closed, our general meeting will be cancelled. Rescheduling of that meeting will depend on availability of the church, speaker, and of members able to attend on an alternate date. For Board and Garden Walk meetings, attendees will be notified of cancellation after the Troy Historic Village has been contacted regarding conditions there. Of course, you are encouraged to make your own decision regarding your particular situation.

50th Anniversary Recognition
We are honored that the City of Troy has issued a Proclamation in Recognition and Appreciation of the Troy Garden Club on our 50th Anniversary. Click on the link to view the official document.
Scholarships
The Troy Garden Club (Troy, MI) offers partial tuition scholarships to those who (1) are interested in horticulture, (2) are pursuing horticultural education, and (3) are planning to work in the horticultural field after completing an educational program. Those eligible to apply must graduate from high school no later than the year in which they apply. Preference is given (1) to residents of Oakland and Macomb Counties and (2) to college or university upperclassmen.
